1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User", "you") who uses the ahs77 platform ("Site", "Service"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use ahs77 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
  • Only one account per person is allowed; the same individual may not create multiple accounts.

Providing false information about age or identity will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To create an account on ahs77, you must complete the designated registration process. The following applies during registration:

  • You must provide your full legal name, active contact details, and a valid email address.
  • Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
  • Accounts are for personal use only — betting on behalf of a third party or using third-party funds is prohibited.
  • ahs77 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for account verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

After registration, you are fully responsible for all activity on your account. You are also responsible for notifying the support team immediately if any of your details change.

4. Account Security

You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Follow the security guidelines below:

  • Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify support immediately.
  • ahs77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access, unless the failure was directly caused by ahs77.

ahs77 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If anyone requests such information, it may be a fraudulent activity — contact support immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

To deposit funds into ahs77, you may use the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
  • Deposited funds must come from an account registered in the account owner's name only.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards are not accepted.
  • No transaction fee applies to deposits, however your payment provider may charge a fee.

Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal funds are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Processing begins after the withdrawal request is verified.
  • Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

Anti-Money Laundering

ahs77 complies with all international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious transactions or unusual activity are detected, additional verification steps may be applied to the relevant account. Any attempt to use ahs77 for fraudulent purposes will be investigated and the associated account will be closed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering requirement: A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Additional terms related to bonuses:

  • The bonus applies to one account only and can be claimed once.
  • ahs77 reserves the right to change or discontinue bonus offers at any time.
  • Bonus claims made through abuse of the bonus system, multiple accounts, or unauthorised activity will be cancelled.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before earnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Unused bonuses will be forfeited once the bonus period expires.

VIP Program & Cashback

ahs77 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Through regular active play you can advance to a higher tier. VIP benefits are subject to change at ahs77's discretion. Cashback amounts will be credited directly to your account.

7. Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on ahs77:

  • All bets cannot be changed once placed.
  • If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be returned.
  • ahs77 reserves the right to withhold payment if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
  • For sports betting markets, the specific rules of the relevant game apply.
  • In the event of a dispute over a game result, ahs77's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
  • ahs77 will not be liable for game interruptions caused by network issues.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ahs77:

  • Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
  • Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
  • Any form of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
  • Interfering with game software or exploiting any vulnerability.
  • Impersonating ahs77 staff or providing a false identity.
  • Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party funds or payment methods.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

ahs77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms.
  • Creating an account using false or incorrect information.
  • Proven abuse of bonuses or promotions.
  • Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.

Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned subject to verification. However, if the account is closed due to fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ahs77 is not liable for:

  • Inability to play due to loss of internet connection or technical reasons.
  • Losses caused by third-party software or services.
  • Account losses resulting from unauthorised access (unless the failure was ahs77's own).
  • Losses caused by a user's own negligence or actions.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Privacy
